Located in the stunning @Pilates24/7 studio in Erina our exercise physiologist will take you through a full musculoskeletal assessment and design you a personalised program. Our aim is to empower clients to enhance their bodies and using evidenced based rehab pilates overcome pain and injury.
During your appointment with us you will have access to your own private reformer machine and a boutique gym to complete your personalised program under guidance from our exercise physiologist.
